  1. When you go on a guided fishing trip with Kevin Brandtonies you will find yourself in the hands of a knowledgeable and attentive guide. He knows the
river and confidently maneuvers his boat as you cast and drift.

The service he provides was a new experience for me. But he can untangle wind
knots and change flies a lot more efficiently than I, and I gladly put myself in his hands.

He always had a second rod ready so I could continue to fish while he cleaned up my messes. Kevin happily provides coaching without being patronizing. His actions throughout the day leave you no doubt that a positive fishing experience is his number one goal.

  2. Kevin,

My son Jeff and I had a terrific time trout fishing with you on the White River. I must admit I was concerned that, being novice fly fisherman, we wouldn’t catch any trout in July’s 100 degree heat. Boy, was I wrong! We netted (and released) forty trout over two blistering days!

For anyone considering trying fly fishing for the first time, I highly recommend Kevin. He is both an excellent guide and a wonderful teacher. His boat, motor, fly rods and tackle are all first class. Kevin was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and truely enjoys his profession.

I would recommend Kevin to anyone without reservation. As Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, “I’ll be back!”

  3. Kevin, cannot hardly say enough about my first real experience with fly fishing. I appreciate that you helped my daughter, Wendy, to give me an excellent birthday gift. I can only iterate what the other respondents say about your service. Thank you for making this birthday one of the best I have had in my 74 years. I almost feel like a seasoned fly fisherman!

  4. Kevin—-Thanks for a good day of fly fishing on the White River,Bruce and I had a good time. Hope to see you again. Ed
